Aims:

To introduce boat handling skills and basic safety to those new to motor boating.

Course Duration:

2 Days 0930 to 1800 on day 1 and 0930 to 1700on day 2.

Pre Requisites:

None.

Course Content:

This two-day course covers basic boat handling, helming, safety and basic engine checks. It is ideal for the new owner who is conscious of the difficulty and potential hazards of boat handling in the marina.

• 2-days use of our motor cruiser
• 2-days of instruction
• Diesel and on board consumables
• Lunch, tea/coffee and snacks on board
• RYA Helmsman's Certificate
• 1-year's free introductory RNLI membership
• Free parking at our marina

What's Not Included:

• Accommadation
• Wet Weather gear (£5/day to hire from us)
