Charter and Events
You might consider yacht charter for many reasons. Whether you're considering charter for corporate hire, for impressing clients or entertaining and rewarding colleagues in style or whether for personal use, for treating friends and family to an unforgettable experience, here at Stormforce Coaching we have charter packages to fulfill everybody's needs. Whether you'd prefer skippered or bareboat, we're here to help get you afloat and are proud to be able to offer a great range of options.

CHARTER
When it comes to charter, we know that one size doesn't necessarily fit all. At Stormforce Coaching, we provide three forms of Charter to suit most needs:
- Bareboat Charter
- Skippered Charter
- Corporate Charter
Bareboat Charter / Hire
Our fleet of sailing yachts, Personal Water Craft (PWC) and RIBS are all available for Bareboat Charter. The larger powered craft are not available for this type of charter.
If chartering one of our sailing yachts, you should ensure that at least one member of the party holds an RYA Dayskipper Sail certificate (or higher qualification.) For dinghy charter, an RYA Level 2 (or higher) qualification is required, for PWC charter, the RYA PWC Proficiency Certificate is required and for the RIB charter, one member of the party must hold the RYA Intermediate Certificate. For all bareboat charter, at least one member of the party must hold the RYA SRC Licence (or higher).
For charter hire, a security deposit is required in cleared funds. A full hand over is included within the package both before departure and on return. Charter times vary to suit the needs of the party; some customers prefer to start in the evening, others prefer a morning start. Full terms are available on request.

Skippered Charter
All of our craft are available for skippered charter, providing you with a wealth of possibilities and something to suit a wide range of needs. Please note that fuel is not included in the skippered charter package. If you would like to incorporate some training into the charter package, it may be possible to include some RYA courses, assuming maximum ratios are not exceeded. Please contact the Stormforce advisors for more information on incorporating training into your charter package.
The cruising area for sail and motor yachts is from Brest (France) to the Elbe (Germany) and encompasses the British Isles, English Channel and North Sea. The cruising area for RIBs is usually the Solent, although this can be extended upon request. For more information on cruising areas, please contact us through the enquiry form on the right.
Corporate Charter / Entertainment
Charter is the perfect way to entertain and impress guests or clients and the ideal reward for deserving colleagues! Packages can be designed and tailored to suit your individual requirements; we have access to a wide range of power and sail craft and full use of the dining facilities of several local Yacht Clubs. Typical corporate days include treasure hunts, short yacht races, thrill rides aboard zapcats, PWC and fast RIBs.
