Communications Courses


Having radio equipment onboard your boat could help to save a life, in the worst case scenario. However, it will only be useful if you know how to properly operate it! Both of the communications courses run at Stormforce Coaching include an exam and will licence you to operate the radio equipment onboard your boat. More importantly, the courses will teach you the most efficient way of requesting help if you are ever in distress. Both of our courses cover the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS).
