Retail products sold through our online shop can be either posted to you (subject to P&P rates) or collected on the first day of your course. You must notify us by email or in writing of any damaged goods within forty eight hours of receipt of the goods, returns must be made within one week. They must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We will exchange damaged goods or offer you a refund. Goods can not be returned for any other reason.
