Cheeki Rafiki our First 40.7 joined the RORC Myth of Malham race over the breezy bank holiday weekend. The race was from Cowes, round the Eddsytone Lighthouse and back. Team Stormforce on board Rafiki were the best placed 40.7 in the fleet of 13 40.7s.
They reached a top speed of 16 knots and came 9th out of 35 boats in IRC2- very nearly top 25%. Overall they were 24th out of 119 in IRC- top 20%.
This is only the second time this crew have raced together and they are very happy with the result.
