HSE FAW Requalification

AIM: The original FAW (First Aid at Work) Certificate last for three years, this shorter course allows existing certificate holders to update. HSE Guidelines state that the revalidation course should be taken within three months of your original certificate expiry.

DURATION: 2 Days 1000 to 1700

PRE REQUISITES: Existing HSE FAW at work certificate.

COURSE CONTENT: The course effectively achieves two things. Firstly it updates you on new techniques and protocols that have been developed. Secondly it refreshes those important First Aid Skills that most people do not get a chance to practice. Although most of the course is delivered by our instructor there is a practical and oral assessment on the second day. Having passed the course we will re issue your certificate which is then valid for a further three years. The certificate will be dated from the expiry of your original FAW certificate as opposed to the date you actually take the re-qualification course.
