RYA Advanced Powerboat Instructor
AIM: To train existing RYA Powerboat Instructors in the techniques they will need to deliver the RYA Intermediate and Advanced Courses.
DURATION: 2 Days- 0900 to late on Day 1 and 0900 to 1600 on Day 2
PRE REQUISITES:
· Minimum Age 18
· Navigation and Theory Knowledge to Dayskipper Level
· Experience of putting the above knowledge into practice
· Ability to demonstrate effective and safe night pilotage skills
COURSE CONTENT: During the two days we will discuss the different techniques used to deliver the advanced courses. In particular we will focus on the night excercise and coaching drivers who have existing skills.
